Chen Yufan returns to showbiz post-divorce
21 Jun – A year after admitting to his divorce with Bai Baihe and announcing his departure from showbiz, Chinese singer Chen Yufan recently made his return to the limelight.
As reported on Epoch Times, the singer recently made an appearance on the Chinese variety show, "Happy Camp", where shared his views about love.
Chen stated that true love is not created by only one single person, and that it needed both parties to make it work.
"Everyone has the right to love and be loved, as long as you put your heart into it and fight for it with courage," he added.
His words had since sparked speculations among fans - that Chen has yet to move on from his failed marriage with Bai.
On the other hand, many are anticipating the singer's full return to showbiz. Chen and his fellow Yu Quan member, Hu Haiquan had begun touring major cities in mainland China to commemorate their 20th anniversary in music late last year.
The tour came a few months after Chen admitted to the media that he and actress Bai Baihe have actually ended their nine years of marriage in 2015, following reports about Bai's alleged new romance with model Zhang Aipeng.
He then announced his indefinite break from showbiz, saying that he wanted to focus on taking care of his son.
