Pizza, doughnuts, burgers, fries - Eden Grinshpan is eating them all! The 30-year-old Brooklyn, New York-based chef and Cooking Channel show host is 36 weeks pregnant with her first child, a girl that's due in April. And while Eden appears to be a food-loving hungry girl even without a baby on board, pregnancy seems to have amped up her appetite, particularly since a photo of her eating pizza off her belly recently went viral:

Since then, Eden has posted several iterations of her pizza picture: She chows down on doughnuts, enjoys a double cheeseburger while her belly is covered in fries, and double-fists nearly a dozen hamentaschen, the triangle-shaped cookies traditionally eaten during the Jewish holiday of Purim.

Although Eden suffered from food aversions during her first trimester, when she found few foods appealing besides bread and fresh fruit, major cravings hit during her second trimester. "I am definitely craving carb-y treats and sweets - doughnuts, croissants, pizza, and fruit are always top of mind," says Eden, who adds that she eats lots, but not all of the foods she posed with in her maternity photos. For instance, she and her husband finished off the pizza pie pictured, but after polishing off a doughnut and half, she shared the remaining treats with her neighbors.

Although Eden eats in moderation, she's no stranger to indulgence. Typically, she'll eat Greek yogurt with granola, fruit, and chia seeds or oatmeal for breakfast, and a big salad or an omelette for lunch. Then dinner is her free-for-all: Often, Eden and her husband will go out to scavenge local pizza, Indian food, or dumplings. And now that Eden's pregnant, she sticks to the same diet, save "more of the crazy fun stuff than before," she explains.

As a professional TV personality who can't exactly hide from her own appearance, Eden used to worry that pregnancy would leave her with lots of excess weight. But shortly after conceiving, she really loosened up: "Eating and gaining weight is just what happens when you're pregnant," she says. "You have to remember it's not just about you anymore, you are growing a human inside of your body, and the baby's health and growth surpasses everything."

Now that Eden's due date is growing near, the expectant mom is even more stoked for her baby than her next bite.

Still, all bets are off on just how many bottles of Champagne she'll pop in one Instagram post to celebrate her baby's birth. There's no question that she - and every other mom - totally deserves it.
