Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen are joining upcoming comedy "Flarsky" reports Variety.

To be helmed by "50/50" director Jonathan Levine, Rogen will play an unemployed journalist, battered by his own bad luck and self-destructive ways, who pursues Theron's character, who was his childhood crush and babysitter and is now one of the most powerful and unattainable women on earth.

Production is due to start this August.

Theron's upcoming projects include "The Fate of the Furious," opening April 14, and spy thriller "Atomic Blonde," opening July 28.

Rogen has most previously been seen in "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" last year along with voice roles in "Sausage Party" and "Kug Fu Panda 3."
