Charlie Young admits hard to leave sons for work
10 Sep – Actress Charlie Yeung recently admitted that it hasn't been easy going back to work since the birth of her twin sons, Aloysius and Ignatius.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who has been on hiatus from work since she gave birth in April last year, shared that she wouldn't have left her two boys if not for the fact that her new movie was the kind of project that she wanted to do.
"I really like the script when I read it, so I decided to do it. I even hired a nanny to take care of them while I'm gone, and told them that I had to leave for work," said Charlie, who had to fly to Taiwan for the shoot.
Charlie said that even the director was kind enough to her to give her the opportunity to go back to Singapore to visit her sons in between filming.
"But as soon as I saw the two boys at home looking so cute, I just couldn't let them go!" she said.
On the other hand, Charlie is still keeping mum about the details of the said movie project, but it would be the first since her last appearance on the big screen, the 2016 movie, "Cold War 2".
