Charlene Choi plays a cop in new web drama
29 Jan – Singer-actress Charlene Choi is excited about her first web drama, "Police Tactical Unit", as she gets to play a policewoman again.
As reported on Sina, the actress, who appeared at the press conference of the said drama alongside co-star Raymond Lam, shared that her character will have a delicate relationship with the two men in her life, played by the aforementioned actor and another co-star, Louis Cheung.
Said Charlene, she was interested in the project after finding out that there are a lot of familiar faces involved in the production.
"It really helped me feel more at ease," she added.
As to whether there were any issues on the set, Charlene revealed that she nearly got injured during an explosion scene when a fragment from the explosion hit her and her co-star.
"I was lucky it only caused a bruising, but he was bleeding," she said.
On the other hand, when asked to give a comment about Edmond Leung's recent drunk driving incident, Charlene stated that it's lucky that nobody was injured, but stated that the singer should be more careful next time.
