Chang Yong and Shu Sen are now engaged

11 Sep – Malaysian YouTuber Chai Chang Yong has successfully proposed to girlfriend and fellow content creator, Wen Shu Sen.

Sharing the good news on social media on 9 September, Chang Yong posted a video where he is seen getting down on one knee with the backdrop of the hot air balloons in Cappadocia, Turkiye, and popped the question to Shu Sen, who seemed oblivious at first as she concentrated on the booklet in her hand.

He captioned the post, "Wen Shu Sen, will you marry me?" and added the hashtag "Shushen is obviously happy."

Chang Yong and Shu Sen had been dating for seven years since 2014 before they broke up in 2021. Chang Yong also admitted that he went out with several girls during the breakup period, thinking that they would never reconcile. However, they rekindled their romance nine months later.

In a previous interview, when asked why they didn't get married after so many years together, Shu Sen bluntly stated that she didn't think Chang Yong was mature enough at the time to be a head of a family. However, she also stressed that following the reconciliation, the two started dating with marriage in mind.

China anchors 'monster ship' in South China Sea, Philippine coast guard says
