SINGAPORE – Singapore Grand Prix is outdoing themselves this year, with a bigger, better and bolder line-up of Michelin-starred chefs. Last year, we saw Franceschetta58, sister restaurant of Massimo Bottura’s three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana, making its Singapore debut, as well as gastronomic offerings from one-Michelin-starred French Le Charlemagne and modern Chinese restaurant Five Light Pavilion.

Though traditionally a sporting season, the star-studded Grand Prix weekend of 20 – 22 September is also a food pilgrimage for culinary enthusiasts, aside from the races and concert thrills.

If you have splurged on a Formula 1 Paddock Club ticket, your tastebuds will be treated to gourmet delights by celebrity chefs. Paddock Club will house some of the world’s best haute cuisine.

We hope you are as excited as we are and let’s dive straight into the celebrity chef line-up.

Signature dishes include the Lapsang Souchong Tea-Smoked Salmon with sour cream butter, caviar and soda bread, Veal Chop with celeriac puree, glazed carrots and sauce reform as well as Roasted Scallops with scallop tartare, white chocolate foam and caviar.
