Catherine Tsang losing favours from TVB

21 Dec - Rumours are rife that TVB's Director of Drama Production, Catherine Tsang is losing ground with the company, after the unflattering viewership ratings the company has been suffering all year for its dramas this year.

According to On CC News, tabloids recently reported that Mark Lee, CEO of the TVB Group, has decided to revamp the company operation. This includes calling the assistance of TVB Executive Sandy Yu and Assistant General Manager, Felix To to manage the department's resources.

On the other hand, the previous Assistant General Manager, Peter Au, is now tasked to manage a different department.

Sandy Yu herself has been doing well in the company, winning favours within the top management after many of her projects, including variety shows "Big Big World" and "Four Amigos Bon Voyage", garnered commendable ratings for the past couple of years.

She has also been successful in getting Power Chan back into the company, after his previous public announcement that he was quitting TVB.

With the changes going on, many believe that TVB stars in favour of Catherine may be facing troubles ahead. These include Ruco Chan, who lost the title of TV King to Anthony Wong, as well as Raymond Wong, Maggie Shiu, and Charmaine Sheh.
