Back for its 8th year, Singapore’s homegrown F1™ extravaganza, Sky Grande Prix, brings you 5 nights of F1™ themed parties from 18th to 22nd September 2019 at Chimi’s.

F1™ 2019 - Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix
Chilli Crab Baby Chimichanga ($18+)
Singapore’s National dish chilli crab is here for you to savour in a chimichanga stuffed with the juicy crab meat, sweet and spicy sauce, Amarillo rice, beans and cheese.
The Casillero del Diablo Rosé is made by vinifying red Shiraz grapes as if to make white wine. Hence, this rosé is refreshing with strawberry, raspberry, cherry aromas with flavours of blackberries and plum. A refreshing wine that is closer to a red than a white, it pairs beautifully with our Chilli Crab Baby Chimichanga.
F1™ 2019 - Heineken Chinese Grand Prix
Mala Spicy Chicken Wings ($18+)
Mala sauce is popular spicy and numbing Chinese sauce consisting of Sichuan peppercorn, chilli pepper and various spices simmered with oil. Definitely not for the fainthearted, these mala crispy chicken wings are a must-try for spice lovers.

3 Fine de Claire Oysters, Shallot Vinegar, Lemon ($18+)
Nothing says seafood like oysters. Savour the fleshiest and juiciest oysters here. You can either dress it up with mignonette sauce, lemon or have them straight up.
The award-winning Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc is a lush and well-rounded white wine with perfect balance and elegance that is most ideally paired with seafood such as these fresh Fine de Claire Oysters.

Chimi’s Homemade Italian Meatballs ($18+)
Rolled into small balls, meatballs are generally eaten as a main course in Italy. Pop a flavourful and juicy beef meatball marinated with tomato sauce.
Chimi's Homemade Italian Meatballs pair deliciously with Casillero del Diablo's most famous variety, the Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva. This beautiful medium-bodied red wine with silky tannins has a long, ripe fruit and berry aftertaste, and goes beautifully with red meats.

Taco Trio - Paleta Beef / Chipotle Chicken / Sweet Potato & Avocado ($18+)
