Carman Lee reveals her true age on her birthday
21 Aug – Carman Lee's age has always been a mystery throughout her acting career - that is until recently, when she revealed that she had just turned 54.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress posted a couple of new photos of herself on social media following her birthday, and captioned them, "Life is never defined by others. We all have to live well. Happy 54th birthday."
She also stated that she disagreed with the notion that a woman has passed her peak after 30, and that she only looks forward to the future.
As for questions of marriage, Carman stated that the ideal marriage is when one meets the right person at the right time, instead of getting married just for the sake of it.
Carman is known as one of the most beautiful Hong Kong actresses of her time, and her portrayal of the famous "Condor Heroes" character, "Little Dragon Girl" became one of the most loved performances by fans of the Louis Cha novel.
