Captain America: Civil War Gets Skewered By Honest Trailers

Extremely unlikely to have hidden at the back of the class for much longer, the folks behind Honest Trailers have taken aim at the box office-busting ‘Captain America: Civil War’.

It begs the question 'Is it better to be dickishly stubborn? Or stubbornly dickish?’, something fans might have mulled back in May when it was unveiled.

Helmut Zemo’s massively convoluted plan gets some particular attention (it was a bit long-winded), as does Black Widow’s persistent 'scissoring’ move, along with the strangely jeopardy-free outcome… they’re all going to be friends in the end, OBVIOUSLY.

Best of all is the marvellous ridiculing of Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther, and his penchant for 'giving monologues into the middle distance’.

Very good.

Doubtless all that money it made (currently sat at $1.153 billion) will cushion some of the more painful blows.
