Cally Kwong is making progress with her mobility

8 Mar - Hong Kong singer Cally Kwong, who surprised many recently by photos of her being transported on a scalamobil up the stairs, recently revealed that she is slowly making progress through rehabilitation.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis recently, revealed to the media that her situation is much better from the last time she spoke about it.

"Prior to the condition, I would usually just eat boxed lunch and ignore my health. But now I have changed to a healthy meal and soup for collagen," she said.

Cally also revealed that she has also reduced the amount of time spent outside her home due to her decreased mobility, and had since been able to rest and have more time to herself.

As for her condition, Cally said that she will try to wear flat shoes, and use crutches for support. However, she still uses a scalamobil to go up and down the stairs.

"I am taking the doctor's advice. I will stop doing exercise temporarily, but will continue to go to rehab and take supplements. I hope to recover as soon as possible," she added.
