For the first time in its 96-year history, Café Bustelo is coming to the refrigerator aisle.

This month Café Bustelo is launching Café Bustelo Espresso Style Iced Coffee Beverages, the brand’s first-ever multi-serve product that you can consume directly from the fridge.

The new Iced Coffee collection includes three different options: Unsweetened, Sweetened, and Vanilla, all of which feature the brand’s “robust, full-bodied flavor,” thanks to the inclusion of the brand’s iconic dark roast.

The Espresso Style Iced Coffee lineup comes in bottles with a silhouette that’s reminiscent of a  Greca, the Italian coffee maker that uses steam to make espresso — a nod to the traditional way of brewing the company’s ground beans.

All three varieties are designed to be consumed straight out of your fridge, ideal for those of us who might not be at our best first thing in the morning, when we’re on the hunt for coffee. You can drink these by just opening the bottle and pouring some into a glass — or taking that massive bottle straight to the face, depending on how your morning is going — we won’t judge.

According to the brand, all three of the blends are designed to highlight the distinctive flavor of Café Bustelo, so they’ll taste pretty familiar to Café Bustelo fans.

The Sweetened version of the drink is sweetened with real sugar, while the Unsweetened version lets you pick your sweetener should you choose to use one and offers a blank palate for you to adjust the drink to your own personal liking. Café Bustelo says that the Vanilla blend reveals notes of not only vanilla, but also cherry, which complements the dark roast coffee.

“In recent years, we’ve started to see many of our coffee customers, both young and old, reach

more and more for iced coffee — but they still want that iconic flavor of Café Bustelo’s espresso-style roasts that they love,” Eduardo S. Merino, senior brand manager of Café Bustelo said in a statement announcing the new iced coffee. “This new product intentionally combines our nearly century-long mastery of coffee with a cold and refreshing taste for an iced coffee that is brand-new, but somehow feels completely familiar to our Café Bustelo family.”

While both the Sweetened and Unsweetened versions of the iced coffee will be available at several retailers starting with Kroger and Walmart, the Vanilla, called Vainilla, is a Target exclusive. All three should start popping up on the refrigerator aisle soon.
