First, what is Buying Beverly Hills about?

Described by Netflix as a “new real estate occu-soap,” the show follows the agents and clients of The Agency in Beverly Hills, California. It centers on the CEO and founder of the global brokerage Mauricio Umansky, who is married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards Umansky. The first season showcases listings as high as $139 million, and each one comes complete with envy-inducing architectural details and interiors.

Who stars in the show?

The show follows Mauricio and his daughters Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky—who also work at The Agency on the Umansky team—as well as a group of agents in the office. Of course, there’s plenty of drama as everyone navigates personal relationships and the cut-throat world of luxe real estate in Los Angeles. The cast also includes Santiago Arana, Ben Belack, Joey Ben-Zvi, Jon Grauman, Brandon Graves, Allie Lutz Rosenberger, Melissa Platt, and Sonika Vaid.

When is the release date?

The eight-episode show—produced by Wheelhouse’s Spoke Studios and Just Entertainment—premieres on Netflix on November 4, 2022. Each episode is generally about 40 minutes, meaning anyone who gets hooked will likely fly through it. Before you jump in, make sure to check out the trailer for a juicy preview of what’s to come. If you need a little more convincing, know that some of the show's standout featured homes include the Los Feliz murder house, comedian Whitney Cummings's home, and a home close to the Umansky family's hearts.
