Broad City Duo Reacts to Clinton's Nomination... as Women of 1776
Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer didn’t take well to Hillary Clinton nabbing the Democratic nomination for President of the United States — at least as the characters they played on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

The Broad City twosome appeared on Colbert’s post-DNC broadcast to weigh in as two women from 1776 completely outraged to learn that it took America 240 years to have a female nominee in the running for Commander-in-Chief.
“What in the butter is wrong with you people!?” asked an exasperated Jacobson. “Why did it take so long? It’s right there in the Declaration of Independence: All men — all men — are created… oh.”
When Colbert eventually suggested that they go ahead and modify the landmark legislation to include women, the two insisted they’d get to it — but not before hitting up a few Fourth of July-themed parties.
What did you think of the Jacobson and Glazer’s Colbert appearance?
