Horror buffs, here's the next film you should keep on your radar.

Opening next Thursday is Mama, a supernatural thriller directed by Andy Muschietti and presented by Guillermo del Toro, which tells the haunting tale of two little sisters, Victoria and Lily who disappeared into the woods on the day their parents were murdered.

When they are rescued years later by their uncle, Lucas, after surviving on their own in the forest, Lucas and his girlfriend Annabel welcome them into their home to discover that the two girls might not have been the only ones who came to stay.

Mama opens in cinemas here on 17 January. Watch the trailer here:
