Blake Lively Layers On Knits for a Casual Autumn Look
The chilly New York City weather’s got nothing on Blake Lively. This week, the Gossip Girl star stepped out in an outfit that epitomized autumn street style in all its snug layering.
The coziest part of the fit was Lively’s sweater, which was a brown knit piece with a straight collar and a subtle houndstooth pattern. The actor wore it over a blue-and-white striped button-up and paired it with wide-leg blue jeans and chunky black boots with rubber soles. Lively added another knit to the look in the form of a navy blue New York beanie, and accessorized with a brown leather crossbody bag by Gucci, and her go-to gold-tinted sunglasses with red frames.
The actor wore her hair in messy waves and seemed to wear natural, rosy makeup.
Lively wore another comfy autumn outfit last month during a coffee run in Manhattan with husband Ryan Reynolds. Then, Lively opted for a fuzzy sweater in a burnt orange, straight-leg blue jeans, and maroon boots. Her only accessories were a maroon leather shoulder bag and her golden-tinted shades. (Burnt orange, it seems, has become the go-to color of the season, with celebrities including Kendall Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski also having repped the color this fall, via their outerwear.)
Reynolds coordinated with Lively in a black sweater, gray trousers, and black-and-white Asics sneakers. He additionally repped his soccer team, Wrexham A.F.C., with his blue cap and accessorized with brown sunglasses.
