9 Dec – BLACKPINK has made another achievement by being listed in Billboard's Best Songs of 2022.

The group's latest song, "Shut Down" made it to number 91 of the list of 100, and was praised for "melding bouncing hip hop with a sample of Niccolo Paganini's violin concerto 'a Campanella'."

Among other songs listed include Rihanna's "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" single "Lift Me Up", Lizzo's "About Damn Time", and Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero".

Meanwhile, the number one song of this year is Steve Lacy's "Bad Habit", with Beyonce's "Break My Soul" in second place.

It was earlier this week that BLACKPINK was named TIME's Entertainer of the year - becoming the first Korean girl group to earn the title.
