BLACKPINK Jennie is not joining JTBC variety show
20 Mar - It was revealed that BLACKPINK Jennie Kim will not be joining JTBC's new variety show after all.
On 19 March, a rep of the station stated that the singer will not appear in new variety show, "My Name is Gabriel", saying that it was offered to her but that she declined.
"She does not plan on appearing on variety shows for the time being," the rep said.
The show is produced by programme director Kim Tae-ho, known for the hit MBC long-running variety show, "Infinite Challenge". The show is said to feature cast members experiencing lives of others abroad.
Other stars who will be in the show include Kim's previous collaborator Park Myung-soo, actors Ji Chang-wook, Park Bo-gum and Yeom Hye-ran, as well as comedienne Hong Jin-kyung.
