Billie Eilish Reveals Natural Hair Colour In Adorable Childhood Video
Billie Eilish's age has always been a talking point, being just 16 when she rose to mega-stardom with her debut EP in 2017. Yet, even at that age, Billie was already sporting an ever-changing shade of grey, lilac, blue hair with a fully-bleached base. Then came the iconic black and green hair that ignited a trend. And who could forget her Marilyn Monroe moment when she went all blonde bombshell?
Now, in her latest Instagram photo dump – which included a festive moodboard of throwbacks, outfits and Christmas inspiration – we got a look at not one but two natural hair colour moments from the musician's childhood. Well, the part of her childhood pre-worldwide fame, that is.
First, in slide three we see baby Billie with honey blonde curls, and a 2004 date stamp that made us question the concept of time.
A lot of people who are fair haired as babies often go darker naturally as they get older, just as the singer shows in the final slide of the carousel, where an eight-year-old Billie has a soft chestnut bob (and eight missing teeth declared). It's crazy to think just six years later that little girl would release 'Ocean Eyes' in 2015, and become a household name a mere two years after that in 2017.
It's even crazier to think that Gossip Girl was already on season three and Taylor Swift was already the biggest selling artist in 2009, meanwhile Billie still had baby teeth.
