As June comes into focus, the Adidas Samba will be in the running for sneaker for the summer for the third year in a row. A new “Semi Burst Blue” colorway will test the classic model’s momentum with a mesh and suede upper, but that’s not all the German footwear brand has in store for the summer.
Pro skater Tyshawn Jones is getting his second signature sneaker five years after the launch of his first, and the Tyshawn 2 appears fit for a significant degree of crossover appeal. Soccer will also be a focal point with the Euro and Copa América tournaments beginning in June, and Adidas has linked with the Berlin sneaker boutique Overkill for a ZX 8000 honoring the German national team that shouldn’t go under the radar.
Undercover will also dress the Superstar with its Jolly Roger logo and a lightning bolt on the midsole, and there should be plenty of surprises to come as the month continues.
Below, Footwear News takes you through all the best Adidas sneakers releasing in June. This post will be updated as the month goes on, and you can also find calendars for Air Jordans, Nike and the best sneakers overall releasing in June.
