Bella Lam and Alex Yung call it quits
29 Aug - TVB actress Bella Lam revealed that she and her actor boyfriend, Alex Yung have called it quits.
As reported on On CC, the actress, who is getting more and more popular since playing the role of Yam Yam in Jazz Boon's "A Fist Within Four Walls", stated that the two of them just recently broke up due to their busy schedules.
"I was afraid people will think that," said Bella, when asked if she dumped Alex due to her popularity. "We just feel that it's better if we just focus on our professional lives for the time being, so that's why we decided to go back to being just friends."
When asked if she had been pursued by new suitors, Bella denied it and stressed that she will focus only on her career for the time being.
As for her new-found fame, Bella admitted that more fans have been recognising her now since she starred in the drama, although most of them only call her by her character's name.
"I hope that they will remember my name one day," she added.
