Bella Hadid Sells Her Soho Home for $6.5 Million
Bella Hadid has successfully sold her SoHo apartment for $.6.5 million, after only a few weeks on the market, The New York Post reports. The model bought the home back in December 2019 for $6.1 million. Ryan Serhant—famous for his appearances on Million Dollar Listing New York and Sell it Like Serhant, holds the listing.
"A dazzling SoHo penthouse boasting designer finishes and a stunning rooftop terrace, this one-of-a-kind home is the quintessence of Soho Living," Serhant's company gushed in an Instagram post announcing the listing last month.
The penthouse boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a private terrace, hardwood floors, a floating staircase, and custom light fixtures, according to the listing. The kitchen has black marble countertops, custom cabinets, high-tech appliances, and a waterfall island, while the primary bedroom has a floating double vanity, walk-through closet, custom glass shoe display.
The second bedroom also has customized closet space, along with high-end fixtures and finishes. The property also has a dining room, home office, and open concept living space. It's not clear where the model will next call home but she definitely has choices as she racked in a reported, $8 million in 2019, according to a report by Forbes.
