Bella Astillah: I just want to move on with my life!

14 Aug - Bella Astillah recently admitted that all she wanted to do was to move on with her life and no longer release any statement regarding her former husband and his family.

The singer-actress, who took to social media recently to ask the other party to stop making disparaging remarks about her, told the media that her fans, followers and netizens alike are all tired of the whole issue.

"I do understand the feeling. I didn't want to say anything because I want to move on and share more positive things about me, my career and my kids. But when the same thing kept happening, I felt like I had to put a full stop to the whole thing," she said.

Bella said that she had to make the statement after some people began to take sides and repeated the same accusations made by the other party that she was separating ex-husband Aliff Aziz from his two kids.

"I want this to be clear. I have no intention to separate the father from the children. If the other party want to respond, there is nothing more for me to say. I have expressed everything I want to express, and I just want to move on," she said.

It is noted that Bella received full custody of her two kids in her previous divorce case with Aliff.

It was last week that Aliff's mother Siti Hafiza took to social media to share Islamic preacher Ustaz Azhar Idrus' response to questions about the ruling on one parent restricting the other from seeing their child, which many believed to be an indirect accusation against Bella.

She posted, "Talak is between a couple and not between children and their parents. Do not use kids as a weapon to satisfy one's own interest no matter the reason."
