Bella Astillah: Good things come to those who wait!
25 Apr - Bella Astillah has nothing much to say when it comes to the hullaballoo surrounding her husband's alleged affair with Ruhainies, which has been further exacerbated by the release of WhatsApp messages between the two by Aliff's another alleged girlfriend, Sarah Yasmine.
The singer-actress, who was approached by the media during an Eid event by Universal Music, stated that she was not surprised at all when it comes to Sarah revealing her identity to the public, saying that the Singaporean woman is one of the 11 women that she previously alleged had a relationship with her estranged husband.
"Remember that I put a recording device in his car? So, I know who that woman is. But I didn't know in detail about what she was talking about. So, I think this is what it means when you say good things come to those who wait," she said.
Bella also said that she is already going towards moving on with her solo life with her two kids.
Sarah caused a huge uproar on 24 April when she uploaded on Instagram Story several alleged chat records between Aliff and Ruhainies on social media, which implicated several other artistes including Emma Maembong, her sister Chacha Maembong, as well as podcaster Caprice. All three artistes have released their own statements regarding the issue.
As to why she followed Sarah on Instagram, Bella dismissed the notion of conspiracy, saying that she and the latter had met last week after Sarah insisted on coming to talk to her.
"She called me and texted me on WhatsApp. We met about a week ago and that is why the two of us are now following each other on Instagram," she said.
