Bella Astillah files for divorce from Aliff Aziz
14 Mar – Bella Astillah recently revealed that she has filed for divorce from husband Aliff Aziz, following his latest cheating allegation.
The singer-actress, who was seen at the Federal Territories' Syariah Court in Jalan Duta on 13 March, shared that she just wants everything to end as soon as possible so that they can both live their own lives.
"I hope that what happened recently will enable us to improve on ourselves. This is also what I am telling myself," she said.
As to why she was determined to end the marriage this time, Bella, real name Dayang Ara Nabellah Awang Astillah, stated that she has already given lots of chances to her husband.
"But Aliff is still the father of my children. I want to end the marriage peacefully. I am sure there is a silver lining in what had happened. I will always pray for the best to the both of us," she said.
As to what her two children thinks, Bella said that they don't know anything as she would always tell them that their father is working.
"My son Ayden Adrean goes to a Chinese school, so he hasn't heard about anything. I told Aliff to act like normal when he sees the kids. I will not set any conditions. This is not the time to tell the kids because they will not understand," she said.
The divorce news came soon after it was reported that Aliff was involved in an alleged khalwat case with his "Terjerat" co-star Ruhainies at a luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur.
It is noted that Bella and Aliff had been divorced before in 2019 following his previous cheating controversy, but decided to give their marriage another go a few months later.
