Bela Padilla's ex-boyfriend helps conceptualise "Last Night"

20 Sep - Even though they are no longer together, Bela Padilla said that she and producer Neil Arce are still in good terms with each other, which is why they were able to work with each other in realising the project that is ToniOlo's new movie, "Last Night".

As reported on Push, the actress who wrote the screenplay of the movie said that Arce helped her conceptualise the story.

"I am very fortunate, because he is a very mature person and I do think you have to prioritise what's important in your life. You've already lost something, so why lose more?," she said.

She added, "This is a work opportunity we can both go from so I guess we decided to choose to work together."

At the same time, she denied that the Piolo Pascual and Toni Gonzaga-starrer was inspired by their own love story, saying that it's far from it.

Padilla also revealed that this will not be the last of her behind-the-scene project with Star Cinema and director Joyce Bernal, as they are planning to collaborate again in the future
