Bea Alonzo on settling down: It's not a race!
28 Jan – Although Bea Alonzo seems to be having the best time of her life being in a relationship with boyfriend Dominic Roque, it doesn't mean she wants to get married any time soon.
The actress shared as much in a recent Q&A session on Instagram Story with her fans, when one fan asked if she would finally settle down like Marian Rivera, Anne Curtis, Jennylyn Mercado and all the other top actresses who have married, seeing that she is "not getting any younger".
"[I am not in a rush]," she posted. "I'd like to take my time. It's not a race after all."
She also added that everyone has his or her own timeline when it comes to their lives.
Bea also has a positive message to all the women who felt unaccomplished and stuck, saying that they should celebrate little victories and take one day at a time.
"It's not a competition. Be kind to yourself," she added.
