Bea Alonzo separated from family due to Metro Manila lockdown
25 Mar – While others are with their loved ones during the enhanced community quarantine period, Bea Alonzo stated that she was unable to go home to be with her own family.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress, who spoke about her lockdown experience, stated that her family is currently in Zambales while she is trapped on her own in Metro Manila.
"I can't help but worry about them. I call them every day. It's fortunate that we have internet and can do video calls. That's a big help," she said.
However, Alonzo assured that she is fine, as her friends are still in the city as well.
When asked what she has been doing while in quarantine, the actress stated that she has been having a hard time trying to fill her days when she is not outside filming a new drama or a movie.
"I am just doing my daily routine right now. I exercise and I cook. I love cooking too," she added.
At the same time, Alonzo didn't forget to remind her fellow countrymen to continue the fight against the coronavirus, and to donate to those badly affected by the crisis as well.
