Bea Alonzo and Derek Ramsay enjoy working together
18 May – Bea Alonzo and Derek Ramsay recently admitted that they are delighted to have been given the chance to reunite in their new movie, "Kasal".
As reported on Rappler, Ramsay, who attended the press conference of the said movie alongside Alonzo and fellow co-star Paulo Avelino recently, shared that the actress was one of the reasons why he accepted the offer to do the movie.
"I have worked with a lot of talented actresses, but Bea is number one, and a big part why I chose to accept this film is because I got to work with Bea again," he said.
On the other hand, Alonzo admitted that she enjoyed the different chemistry she has with Ramsay.
"I do feel that it is easier when we do scenes together. We really understand each other. I really missed working with Derek on a Star Cinema movie," she said.
In "Kasal", Alonzo plays a woman torn between two men - the stable and powerful Philip (Paulo Avelino), or her adventurous ex-boyfriend Wado (Ramsay).
The movie is showing in theatres since 16 May.
