Barbie Hsu's mother denies daughter's pregnancy rumour
25 Jul – Barbie Hsu's mother Huang Chun-Mei recently scoffed at rumours that daughter Barbie Hsu is pregnant with new husband DJ Koo Jun-Yup's baby.
As reported on Oriental Daily, earlier, rumour has it that the "Meteor Garden" actress is two months pregnant with the Korean entertainer's child, several months after they tied the knot in South Korea.
However, when asked about it, Huang, who has begun to accept Barbie's new marriage, expressed, "Please use your brain. How is that possible? How old is she? Her physical situation right now would not enable her to have another pregnancy."
"Her health is the most important thing," she added.
It is noted that Barbie already has two children with former husband Wang Xiaofei. However, the actress had shared in past interviews that she had difficult times while being pregnant with her children, and was even sent to the ICU after she stopped breathing while giving birth to her son.
She also revealed to the media following her marriage to Koo that the two have agreed not to have another child.
