Bam Margera could be back in the fold for Jackass 4, it has emerged, following a series of worrying social media posts from the star.
Margera had begged fans for money from his Instagram page, appeared to be drunk, and revealed that he was being given several sobriety tests per day while working on the sequel, and was likely to quit.
“Who the f**k cares if I’m drunk as hell or not anymore? Jackass has put me through f**king hell on f**king wheels for the past year and a half,” he said in the videos, posted last week but later deleted.
“I had to wake up every day with a handful of anti-depressant pills I would have to show Paramount Pictures that I took them and swallowed them, every single day.”
According to Variety, Margera, who has since cited problems with bipolar disorder, had checked himself into a rehab facility in Florida after going AWOL from the film's set in Pennsylvania.
He was being monitored by a "wellness coach" while on set.
He's since posted a more positive message, writing: “I, yesterday, I had to go bats**t, bonkers f**king crazy because of not knowing the answer for a year and a half whether we're doing Jackass or not. I had to go f**king bonkers; I had to deal with the madness to finally know the answer. Now I know exactly what I want, and t’s going to be f**king awesome, and it’s going to be in a way where everyone wins in the end. So I love everybody, and there will be no bad blood this way.”
Filming on the fourth movie began in December.
It's already emerged that stars Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O have been admitted to hospital since cameras began rolling.
The film is currently due for a September release.
