Bally’s Spring 2025 Campaign Showcases Wedge Heel Mary Jane Pumps and More Unique Shoes
Bally has unveiled its spring 2025 campaign, which extends the brand’s exploration of Swiss identity.
American photographer Jack Pierson shot the campaign in Palm Springs, Calif. The photos were captured at Frey House II, which was built in 1964 by Swiss architect Albert Frey. The location serves as a mid-century setting to showcase creative director Simone Bellotti’s Dadaist-inspired “Counterpoint 3” collection. Bellotti, who previously worked at Gucci for 16 years, took the reins at Bally after the departure of Rhuigi Villaseñor in 2023.

An official campaign release reads, “The resulting images traverse the concept of finding Switzerland elsewhere, demonstrating that tradition and creativity transcend geography.”
The description continues, “For centuries Swiss pioneers have been drawn to the healing plains of the Coachella desert, which can be seen to echo the Alps with an equally awesome, expansive terrain.”
Several inventive shoes are featured in the collection, ranging from wedge heel Mary Jane pumps to perforated boat shoes, among other options.
The release also describes Pierson’s photography: “Masterfully harnessing the intensity of light and shadow, the feel is organic, authentic and powerful in its juxtapositions. A masterpiece of global architectural significance, this iconic setting blends modernity with heritage.”
Swiss details are interspersed throughout the images, with classic symbols associated with the country including flags, cowbells and alpine flowers featured.
Alongside the release of the campaign, a limited-edition, linen-bound book titled “Bally” by Jack Pierson will be available. The book will include exclusive, unseen images from the photoshoot.
Patrick Lewis, Nuage Lepage and Gracen Wilkins are the models featured in the campaign. Charlotte Collet is credited as the stylist while Studio Achermann is the creative studio. Matthieu da Rocha is credited as the image director and Ben Grimes was the casting director.
The Swiss luxury brand is known to create a wide array of footwear. In January 2024, Bally released a collection of glittering ballet flats with criss-crossing straps. Also last year, the brand showcased over-the-knee boots on the runway in Milan for fall.
