Ayami Nakajo announces upcoming marriage

4 May - Ayami Nakajo recently announced that she is getting married.

The British-Japanese actress shared the good news on social media on 2 May, writing, "I apologise for this personal matter, but I will be getting married to the person I have been dating for a long time."

"From the first moment I met him, I felt safe and respected him as a person. I want to build a happy and warm family with him," she added.

At the same time, Ayami promises to do her best in her work, and that though she is still young and immature, she looks forward to working with everybody in the future.

According to sources, the "Snow Flower" actress is marrying Sogo Ichihara, the 36-year-old president of a digital marketing company called Avic Co Ltd. The two were rumoured to be dating back in November last year.

The actress is ten years younger than her rumoured partner
