Aries Kwan is one step closer to getting cast in "Shaolin Women's Soccer"
5 Sep - Malaysian social media influencer and actress Aries Kwan is elated to have made it to the top six in the audition for Stephen Chow's upcoming movie, "Shaolin Women's Soccer".
The 25-year-old, who spoke to the media recently, revealed that she will fly to Hong Kong next week for a one-on-one interview with the comedy auteur.
If successful, Aries may become the heroine of Stephen's project.
When asked how confident she is, after going through so many challenges, Aries responded, "I feel I am quite confident. Although I am the smallest among all the contestants, I feel that my heart is higher than the sky, and I still have confidence."
Asked if she has made any special preparations for the one-on-one interview, Aries said that she hasn't prepared much for the time being.
"It was mainly because I just came back from Taiwan last week and I'm a little uncomfortable with the climate there. I've been resting. I'll try to adjust my mindset. I think the more relaxed I am, the better I'll perform. After all, it's a comedy," she added.
As to whether she will stay abroad to develop her career in the future, Aries responded, "I will go where there are more opportunities."
