Another of Kevin Spacey’s accusers files suit
An accuser of Kevin Spacey has filed a civil suit in the state of Massachusetts after claiming that the actor sexually assaulted him after buying him “multiple alcoholic beverages” when he was still a teenager in 2016. The male is seeking damages for “severe mental distress and emotional injuries”, a claim that Spacey’s lawyers are calling “patently false”.
Kim Kardashian responds to ‘Kimono’ backlash
Kim Kardashian is in hot soup with the entire nation of Japan, after attempting to trademark the name “Kimono” for her new shape wear line. Japanese ladies the world over have been putting up images of themselves wearing kimonos and using the hashtag #KimOhNo to reflect their dissatisfaction over the “disrespectful” line. Kim has today, responded with an official statement.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s wedding will be held in this chateau
The 1612 chateau, Le Château de Tourreauin, will be the backdrop of what might be the wedding of the year. Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have arrived at the venue, ahead of their second wedding - the first one being a legal, Elvis-ministered wedding in Las Vegas - that is due to happen this weekend. Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Danielle Jonas and Wilmer Valderrama have been seen with the couple around Paris and South of France this week.
Lena Headey lands Showtime pilot for “Rita”
Fans of Game of Thrones will be happy to know that they’ll be seeing Lena Headey back on their TV screens real soon! The actress just landed the Showtime pilot for Rita, an hour-long dramedy from the original award-winning Danish series, where she will executive produce and star in. She’ll next be seen in Netflix’s The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance and in an action movie called Gunpowder Milkshake where she appears opposite Carla Gugino and Karen Gillan.
Paul Rudd joins Ghostbuster cast
Actor Paul Rudd has signed on for Ghostbusters 3 in the fall, he announced on social media. The Jason Reitman film will also feature 12-year-old Mckenna Grace, whose character will be at the center of the story plot. None of the stars from the all-female 2016 reboot will be returning for this movie, after failing at the box office.
