Anita Yuen elated to work with Chow Yun Fat
16 Jun – Anita Yuen recently admitted that she was so excited about the opportunity to work with Chow Yun Fat in the new movie, "One More Chance" that she felt like puking.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who attended the promotional event of the movie alongside Chow and other cast members recently, stated that the movie was the first film she ever did with the veteran star.
"When I found out about the cooperation, I packed my luggage, got on the plane, and the world seemed to stop. I thought I was dreaming. I didn't even dare to tell [my husband] Julian [Cheung] who was next to me," she said.
Anita stated that the first time she met Chow, she didn't even dare to look up at him, and just focused on the script instead.
Meanwhile, Chow, who was listening in on Anita's interview, stated that he was actually one of the judges when Anita competed in Miss Hong Kong a while ago.
"I didn't vote for her, so I didn't dare see her until I got lucky that this drama went to us," he said, lightheartedly.
He then asked Anita who was competing at the same pageant, to which the actress responded, "There was your favourite, Noel Leung."
Chow replied jokingly, "Do not let my wife hear that."
