Andy Lau and wife may be expecting again

31 Mar - Hong Kong superstar Andy Lau and wife Carol Chu may be expecting another baby in their 50s.

As reported on Apple Daily, the actor's wife was recently spotted at a dried seafood store in Kowloon along with an assistant and her bodyguard. But it was her obvious baby bump that caught the paparazzi's attention.

Sources revealed that the couple has often visited famed gynaecologist Dr. So Wai Ki for in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatments in order to conceive, and that it finally happened late last year.

According to the source, Carol is currently four months pregnant.

Andy previously expressed his desire to have a son during his birthday party with fans. The couple already has a daughter, Hannah, who is turning four this year.

The actor has neither admitted nor denied the pregnancy news when asked about it recently, only responding, "Thank you for your concern."
