Andy Lau plans ten new performances in 2020

4 Apr – Cantopop King Andy Lau recently revealed that he is planning to hold more than seven shows at his Hong Kong Coliseum concert in February 2020.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who recently confirmed news that he has successfully booked the venue for his additional shows to replace the seven performances he cancelled earlier this year, shared that he will be doing ten shows at the upcoming concert.

"Seven of them will be the replacement shows, and the rest are just additional shows to satisfy the public," he said.

When asked for more details, Andy said that he would announce it at a later date.

"For now, I have to take care of 40 to 50 thousand replacement show tickets and find places to distribute them. I also have to study the dates for the shows and think of ways to deal with the ticket exchange," he said.

Andy added that aside from the ten additional shows, he hasn't considered adding more dates just yet.

"If I rest a little, I probably could perform more," he said.

Andy previously cancelled seven of his "My Love" concert tour shows in Hong Kong due to health problems.
