Andie MacDowell graced the red carpet in a stunning one-shoulder purple gown at the 77th Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony on Saturday (25 May).
While we saw purple take over the Golden Globe Awards at the start of year, with the likes of Helen Mirren and Oprah Winfrey rocking the hue too, Andie is differently giving us a more regal take on the colour.
Steering away from the Cadbury-purple shades, Andie's gown is a deep purple colour, and designed with a flattering one-shoulder cape finish.

Teaming her gown with classic black court heels, the star upped the glam by opting for her signature dark smokey eye and nude lip and styled her gorgeous grey locks in a beautiful up-do, leaving her voluminous side fringe out at the front.
