Amyza Aznan reveals son is diagnosed with stage three lung cancer
17 Feb - After previously revealing that her eldest son Andre Mikhail was hospitalised, Amyza Aznan shared the heart wrenching news that no mother wants to hear.
Her 19-year-old son has been diagnosed with stage three lung cancer.
On 15 February, the "Bawah Payung Awan" actress posted a video of her signing the consent form for her son to undergo surgery, and wrote, "I don't know how to start, but... my son has been diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. The fluid from his lung has now entered his heart. His right lung has collapsed."
"He looked calm as he was taken to the ICU for his procedure. Even the nurses said that he looked strong. I plead for everybody to pray for a miracle for my filial son, Andre Mikhail," she added.
Many took to the comments to share their prayers for Andre, including actress Ellie Suriaty, Sarimah Ibrahim, Erra Fazira and Azza Elite, the latter who posted, "Myza.. I will always pray for Andre. You are a strong woman. Hugs, love. We love you."
Amyza previously revealed that her son had been having a shoulder ache for a month prior to getting the diagnosis.
