Amazon Prime Is Offering $2 Beauty Samples
For all the indecisive beauty shoppers out there, Amazon just made your lives SO much easier. Here's why: Sometimes it isn't easy to decide on or commit to a new product, so Amazon is now offering tiny-sized samples for as low as $2. If you're an Amazon Prime member, you can now test out beauty samples in almost every category including skincare, haircare, lotion, hair growth, sunscreen, toothpaste, and even maternity skin care.
The best part? The amount of money a customer spends on samples will be reimbursed in the form of shopping credits to use on a future purchase. In other words, if you spend $2 on a conditioner sample, you'll receive a $2 credit toward select full-size conditioners.
Credits are added to your account once your samples have shipped, and the price of the credits are equal to the price you paid for the sample, according to Amazon's website. But in addition to the fact that the feature is open only to Prime members, there's one more catch: "You can buy as many samples as you want, but can only buy each unique sample once," the company states.
This system totally makes sense because if you finally find that amazing eye cream you love, you'll want to buy the full-sized version instead of constantly restocking on samples.
