Alyssa Chia and Shiou Chieh-kai join reality show
19 Jun - Taiwanese actress Alyssa Chia is making her television comeback three months after giving birth to her third baby daughter, BoBo.
However, her return will not be with another drama, but an outdoor race-themed variety show that will be held in mainland China; which she is participating in with husband, Shiou Chieh-kai.
According to Epoch Times, the actress, who appeared at the press conference of the said show with her actor husband recently, shared that she has always wanted to appear on such a show and has always been interested with the premise of the said programme.
"I have always wanted to test my physical limit," she said.
On the other hand, Shiou admitted that he was worried about Alyssa's own ability to do the show at first, since it hasn't been long since she gave birth to BoBo.
However, the couple finally came to an agreement and Shiou promised that he will protect Alyssa as much as he can.
As to how they will balance their family life and the show, Alyssa and Shiou said that they made sure to always communicate with second daughter BuBu and telling her that they will not be gone for long.
