Along Cham and Zila Seeron are divorced

30 Aug – Actor and comedian Along Cham and Zila Seeron have proceeded with their divorce at the lower Sharia court at Subang Bestari yesterday.
According to BH Online, Along had expressed talak (Arabic word used to represent the formulaic process of divorcing in Islam) in front of Judge Abd Halim Abu Samah.
The "Adnan Sempit Sawadikap" actor had filed for divorce under Section 47, Islamic Family Law (State Of Selangor) Enactment 2003.
Zila who is a former contestant of Akademi Fantasia, had agreed to Along's divorce.
The pair had gotten married on 23 January 2010, and via their six years of marriage they have a 5-year-old son named Ahmad Danial Muhammad Nizamudin.
Along who was met outside the courtroom by members of the media said he made the decision to divorce after his wife was caught in Khalwat (close proximity with a member of the opposite sex).
"For four years I have kept silent to maintain our household, but things took another turn when Zila released a statement accusing me of many things. In the end all has been revealed," he said.
Meanwhile, Zila had no comments after the court proceedings and had only apologised after leaving.
