Alison Hammond joins Gyles Brandreth for his latest podcast

They're two of Britain's most-loved national treasures and they make great television when they're on set together filming This Morning.

Now, Gyles Brandreth and Alison Hammond have joined forces to create a very memorable latest episode of Gyles' podcast, Rosebuds.

The TV stars discuss Alison's childhood roots in Birmingham and her incredible talent for rounders.

Plus, Gyles attempts to do a Brummy accent - with interesting results!

Their hilarious, warm and joyful conversation takes place from no other than Alison's double bed.

The Great British Bake Off co-host shared a sweet caption on Instagram: "I just love @gylesbrandreth so I had to do his Podcast Rosebuds tune into today if you fancy a nice chat and chill 🌹out today!!"

Gyles also gave a sneak preview of the latest episode of his podcast on Instagram, telling his followers: "This is fun. And funny. And quite surprising, too."
