Alice Chan is officially Mrs Aldous Chan
28 Sep - TVB actress Alice Chan is now officially married.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress tied the knot with doctor boyfriend Aldous Chan in an intimate wedding ceremony that was held at the Garden Suite of The Peninsula Hong Kong on 26 September.
The wedding, which was attended by only 50 guests that include close friends and family members, was a simple yet lavish affair. Among those seen at the wedding were Joel Chan, Shaun Tam, Steven Ma, Rebecca Zhu, as well as TVB executives Virginia Lok and Catherine Tsang.
Speaking to the media prior to the ceremony, Alice stated that she feels very calm and was able to not get teary-eyed as she appeared with her husband.
On the other hand, Aldous said, "I used to call her honey, but now I will call her Mrs Chan or my wife. She has been with me for the past four years, and will now be in my life. It's been the best time of my life."
It is noted that Alice will not be taking a long break and will return to work right after the wedding, with their honeymoon plans to be at the end of the year.
