Ali Lee is releasing her book at 2020 HK Book Fair
16 Jul - After much anticipation, Ali Lee is finally releasing her collection of short stories, "Where the Heart Is", which was previously open for pre-orders.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who will be promoting her book at the 2020 Hong Kong Book Fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 15 to 21 July, revealed that the book records all the stories and experiences that have a profound meaning to her.
"I just want to communicate with all of you through words, and let everybody see the real me behind the camera. There are also many articles in the book about my mother. It turns out that she has influenced me a lot in my life," she said.
Ali also emphasised that she has written every article with care, and that all the stories are true - with no exaggeration or false narrative.
"It's plain and simple and makes sense to me. I hope it will give everybody some strength and resonance," she added.
