Ali Lee: Everybody has a chance to become a lead actress
7 Sep – TVB actress Ali Lee has dismissed the notion that she will get more job opportunities if TVB star Nancy Wu is leaving the company.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who is considered one of the current top leading ladies in the company, stated that work opportunities are always there if you are a TVB artiste, and that she is already working on many projects right now.
"I have never heard of the rumours about Nancy leaving, but even if she is, the company has a lot of drama projects every year. All of our colleagues have the opportunity to play the lead and try different types of characters," she said.
On the other hand, Ali stated that she has already renewed her contract with TVB last year, and that there is still a long way to go before she could even consider her next step.
As to whether she will have a big chance to win TV Queen this year, with or without Nancy, Ali said that it is all based on the performance.
"The most important thing is to give your best," she said.
