Alexandra Grecco, a New York City-based bridal company, is opening a flagship boutique in the fall and is looking for people who are passionate about bridal and equally passionate about providing a best-in-class experience to clients. For over 10 years, Alexandra Grecco has stood out among mid-sized independent designers for their timeless yet modern silhouettes and heirloom-quality silk gowns.

We are seeking candidates who value creating a supportive and intimate space for clients while providing exceptional service. We are hiring for a retail manager for the flagship boutique, as well as both full- and part-time stylists. Experience is highly valued, as is passion and a shared vision.

Responsibilities for these positions include:
❖ Providing personalized consultations and exceptional customer service for our clients, while creating a warm, memorable and supportive environment for our prospective brides. You will develop an expertise in our styles, available customizations, intended fit, and sizing.
❖ Helping to ensure the boutique is always client-ready and inventory is maintained to high standards
❖ Ensure timely communication via phone and email with clients
❖ Complete after-sales process, including order submission, quality control, and coordinating shipping with production
❖ Report on the store’s performance and needs to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis

We are seeking candidates with:
❖ Proven experience in a high-end sales environment, preferably in bridal.
❖ A passion for creating warm and supportive environments for clients

Compensation:
❖ Full time roles will be salaried with a range of $55,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on role and experience. Part time roles will be paid hourly with a range of $18-20/hour. Stylists will have opportunities to earn commission.
