Alexander Lee admits reaching out to Heart Evangelista
19 Jul – Korean star Alexander Lee recently revealed that he has already reached out to former co-star Heart Evangelista following reports about her miscarriage.
As reported in PEP, the actor, who collaborated with Evangelista in the Kapuso drama, "My Korean Jagiya" earlier, shared that he texted the actress upon hearing the news to express his condolences.
"I truly believe in God's timing. When it is the right time, when God thinks it's correct, that's when she will become a mother. So I hope she won't be sad and disappointed."
Lee added that the tragedy could be something that will make Evangelista stronger as a person.
The actor also took to Instagram to share his thoughts about working with Evangelista last year, saying "One year ago today, my MKJ journey began. Having much doubt and worries, I never imagined how much love I would receive from our audiences (including the overwhelming mall shows)."
"Also, who would have thought that my MKJ family would become like my real family in the Philippines, [right?] A small confession: I could remember how shy and awkward I was when I first met Heart, to the point that I couldn't look straight at her eyes during the photo shoot. But now I could talk about anything and everything with GIA," he added.
Lastly, Lee expressed his wish to have a reunion with Evangelista soon.
